CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY At Lee’s Beauty, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I truly value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to mine. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. You will not be able to make another appointment until the cancellation fee is paid. NO-SHOWS Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service price. ARRIVAL TIME To ensure every client receives the full, uninterrupted time and experience they have booked, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait until you are within the 5-minute window before entering. This allows the client currently being serviced to receive their appointment time privately and without interruption. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment. The applicable cancellation fee may still apply. CARD ON FILE A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. By booking with Lee’s Beauty, you agree to the cancellation and appointment policies outlined above. EMERGENCIES I understand that unexpected situations happen. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
